Appraisal Module

Appraisals are conducted on a regular basis at defined intervals. Multiple appraisers are used to arrive at an average appraised value which is used by the owner/lessor to perform an impairment check of the book value against the appraised value. ALCA provides the tools to process appraisal results, analyze and compare them with earlier received ones.

The Appraisal Module will comprise of the following functionalities;

- Registration of third party appraisals, including Base values, CMV, FMV, Distress and maintenance adjustments

- Registration of bookvalues, historical and future
- averaging selected appraisals
- Impairment testing
- graphical presentations; impairment check, FBV, CMV's per model
- full interface with the Rent and Loan module allowing review of remaining loan balances, FMV and Bookvalues
- reports

AVITAS BlueBook values

Aircraft Management Solutions BV is allowed to publish the AVITAS BlueBook values in the ALCA Software for those customers who have a subscription in place with AVITAS. Functionality includes;
- the AVITAS values are automatically populated to aircraft included in ALCA
- users can review values of all aircraft models included in the BlueBook
- CMV and FBV values are automatically linked to Sales Force projects in the SFA module. As such purchase price can easily be compared with the CMV and FBV's.
The importing function for BlueBook values is an additional and chargeable service.
