Rent and Loan Module

Basically the Rent and Loan module manages the structure of a deal. The beneficiary structure can be specified as well as the related loans, tranches and invoice agreements with the lessee(‘s) and manager can be created.

This comprehensive module includes the following functionalities;

- Structure of the deal (facility) can be specified including monitoring and scheduling of obligations

- Loans and loan parameter, payments under the loans

- Automatic invoice generation based on fixed or variable rent
- Industry standard formula's are included and all variables are user adjustable
- Multi currencies

- Multi invoice agreements per facility: rent/loan, fee, ad hoc, etc.
- Invoicing to the manager including VAT payment obligations

- Payments received on invoices

- Late payment calculation of overdue rent or reserves

- Reports such as payment overviews, aging overview , loans and invoice balances
