The Customer Information module in ALCA stores all required information on the customers, operators, banks, leasing companies, etc.

Included features are;
- Review of the customer.
- Status of the customer.
- Asset Management Policy.
- Summary and Review of the aircraft/engine maintenance program.
- The credit rating.
- Operator specific data.
- Address and contact details and
- A lease profile including details on operator's organization, fleet, strategy, financial performance, etc

This module can store data relevant for "Board of Directors" and investors.
Reports are included to produce automatically the lease management board reports.
