Asset Management Module

The Asset Management module is designed for planning, supervision and budgetting purposes.

For managers of leases, either being directly responsible or acting as controlling party, the planning of audits and inspections is often a concern.
The ALCA Software includes an Asset Management module in which the management policy of each individual lease can be included and the planning of required activities during the lease can be scheduled.

This module includes;
- Audit and inspection policy
- Status information per aircraft / operator
- Audit and inspection planning
- Resource management and budget
- Finding and Open Item management
- Reports such as due listings
