The Maintenance Reserves module is designed for managing the maintenance reserves and funds.

The Maintenance Reserves module includes all required functionalities to produce invoices automatically based on the reserve rates and airframe/Engine/APU usage as entered in the Aircraft Module.

The following features are included:
- Management of rates (per FH, FC, month, period, Minimum etc)
- Automatic invoice generation based on entered utilization per major account like aircraft, engine, apu and gear(s).
- Payments received
- Many features are included like; accounts and subaccounts, thrust-, ratio- and, derate tables, minimum amounts, default amounts, retrospective invoice, end lease invoices (based on both reservers and end lease compensations), etc
- Claim and re-imbursement management
- Approval steps are fully integrated
- Full history on issued invoices and payments received
- Easy reporting of summary and detailed reserve- and account status
- Reserve escalations
- Retrospective calculations.
