Aircraft Module

The Aircraft module provide comprehensively all information needed to manage the Aircraft.
All required factual and event data can be included.

In summary, the following features are included;

- Aircraft management and ownership information
- Aircraft status information.
- Maintenance Plan and Check history.
- Aircraft utilization.
- Engines (a.o. Total times, Time since, etc, all monitored per thrust, LLP’s, SV history, Removal Installation, BTB traceability, records, etc.),
- APU's (a.o.Total times, Time since, LLP’s, SV history, Removal Installation, BTB traceability, records etc.)
- Landing Gears (a.o. Total times, Time since, etc, SV history, Removal Installation, BTB traceability, etc.)
- Components, like propellers (Total times, Time since, etc, SV history, Removal Installation, BTB traceability, etc.)
- Avionics / IFE
- Aircraft Specific data (weights, interior, fuel, build data, etc).
- Regulatory compliance (AD's, SB's, SL's, EO, etc )
- Aircraft and records rating.
- Financial status and forecast (incl. maintenance reserves)
- Purchase, pricing, bookvalues etc.

Basically, the user has to enter event data (at what time, hours and cycles an event has happened) into the database.
The application will automatically present ‘Since’ and ‘Remaining’ date.

Technical records management is integrated throughout the application and 'trace' information can be entered as reference to the source of the data.

The Aircraft Specific Data is very flexible. The user of ALCA Software can pre-define the subjects or chapters of interest, complete the relevant information and easily produce, for example an Aircraft Specification Sheet tailored to his own needs.
